That was my reason for writing a letter instead of coming—so I wouldn’t have to spend a miserable time disappointing the very friends I had looked forward to cheering me up. Verse 3
The Apostle Paul is one of the greatest Christ-follower’s ever. Yet we see that even he needed cheering up on occasion. Ask God to place someone on your mind today that needs cheering up. Then, encourage them. It will make them feel better. Plus you will feel better too.
