1 Chapter a Day’s take
All that Paul is doing is what the Holy Spirit leads him to do. Yet many hated him. His accusers made extreme accusations that are not true in hopes Paul will be put to death. Though Paul was loved by those who believed in and followed Christ, he was hated by those who rejected Christ.
Today, I am grateful for heroes of the faith that refused to compromise the truth to save their lives. These people were so committed that the truth has passed down from generation to generation. And their commitment blesses us 2000 years later.
I am also inspired to realize that the commitments I keep today, can still be influencing others long after my life on earth is over.
