1 Chapter a Day’s take
Here is a simple, rule-of-thumb guide for behavior: Ask yourself what you want people to do for you, then grab the initiative and do it for them. Verse 12
This verse is referred to as “The Golden Rule.” This translation (The Message) makes it clear…we are to take the initiative. In other words, it is NOT the thought that counts. It is the action that counts.
