1 Chapter a Day’s take
Though he was God’s Son, he learned trusting-obedience by what he suffered, just as we do. Verse 8
It is easy to trust God and obey him when everything is going our way. But God wants us to trust and obey him even when we are suffering. Even Jesus learned trusting-obedience this way.
In this life we are all either in the midst of a tough time, just coming out of a tough time, or will be in a tough time in our future. When we go through them, let’s not waste those opportunities to trust and obey God…in spite of our circumstances. #easiersaidthandone
