1 Chapter a Day’s take:
…It’s also the way to shut down debilitating self-criticism, even when there is something to it. Verse 19
This verse REALLY stood out to me because I have struggled with debilitating self-criticism for years! The previous verse says the way to shut it down, is to practice real love. So the question becomes: “What is real love?” Any suggestions out there?
