1 Chapter a Day’s take:
In this chapter, we see people preparing to hear from God. How would you like to hear from God? He wants to speak to you! In verse 8, we see one of the keys to hearing God speak. The Israelites told Moses, “Everything God says, we will do.” This is a life changing truth. Let God know that you will do anything and everything he says…even before you know what he will ask of you. Then, when he tells you what to do, follow through and obey…whether God’s instructions make sense or not! This tip alone will lead you on an amazing spiritual journey. As you obey more and more consistently, God will speak to you more and more consistently. Get excited! Just trust God!
