1 Chapter a Day’s take
The thing that grabbed me today is Peter’s willingness to obey the prompting of the Holy Spirit regardless of the consequences. The Jewish people in this chapter believed that salvation through Jesus was exclusively for them. They were not open minded about salvation for the Greeks at all. Yet, when Peter saw the Holy Spirit inspired vision, he acted on it. As expected, the Jewish people confronted him about it. Peter held his ground.
“Lord, help me to obey you regardless of what others think or say.”
