“But don’t you have just one blessing for me, Father? Oh bless me my father Bless me!” Esau sobbed inconsolably…
I will not take the time to go into details of what the “blessing” of a Father meant back in those days. I just want to point out how Esau longed for his father’s blessing. Everyone longs for a “blessing.” This reminds me to bless my daughters with my words often. And I can use words to bless others as well. “Lord…help me to “bless” others with my words every day!”
