1 Chapter a Day’s take
The emotions of Joseph in verses 1 & 2 are powerful. This was a cathartic experience for him. I must not to ignore my feelings…especially feelings of grief or loss. Go ahead and grieve…cry violently if needed. Grief is a healing emotion. Attempting to hold grief in (and/or deny it) is emotionally unhealthy!
