Proverbs 1
The goal of 1 Chapter a Day is not to fill your brain with content. But, rather to look for God to drop a “nugget of truth” into your heart from each reading. This should be something you can apply to your life. The Bible is not simply a book to be learned…it is a book to be lived!
1 Chapter a Day’s take on Proverbs 2:
I really like verse 23 which says “About face! I can revise your life. Look, I’m ready to pour out my spirit on you…”
This is referring to wisdom. It is encouraging that our lives can be revised by wisdom. And wisdom is found in God’s Word. It is exciting to be involved with you and the growing number of people who pursue and apply wisdom each day through this site. May God bless you and yours richly!
