Psalm 1
The goal of 1 Chapter a Day is not to fill your brain with content. But, rather to look for God to drop a “nugget of truth” into your heart from each reading. This should be something you can apply to your life.
1 Chapter a Day’s take on Psalm 1:
In verse 2-3, I am struck that those who “thrill to God’s Word…who chew on it day and night will ALWAYS be in bloom.” Reading God’s Word, thinking about what you read, and applying truths from it produce a live that is “fresh and fruitful.” I want that!
