1 Chapter a Day’s take
Don’t be harsh or impatient with an older man. Talk to him as you would your own father, and to the younger men as your brothers. Reverently honor an older woman as you would your mother, and the younger women as sisters. Verses 1 & 2
As a new generation emerges, some in the new generation think of older people as “old fashioned,” “behind the times,” etc. Though there may be some truth to this, it is important to treat older people with love and respect. And while you are at it, treat everyone that way…regardless of age.
